Shaun Parkin

Shaun Parkin, Esq.

Attorney Shaun Parkin graduated from Union College in 2004 with a B.A. in Political Science.  After college, Mr. Parkin worked at Fidelity Investments as a Human Resource Associate where he researched and prepared team presentations on Bank of America’s career development programs.  In 2007, he went to Albany Law School of Union University and graduated in 2009.  While in law school, Mr. Parkin worked as a Research Assistant and provided extensive research on a variety of land use issues, including the constitutional issue of eminent domain, as part of a collective effort to update Anderson’s American Laws of Zoning.  

He recently joined Russell & Associates in August 2010 and has focused his practice primarily on real estate matters and criminal law.  Attorney Parkin’s transactional duties include negotiating Purchase and Sales agreements and drafting Riders, communicating with Lenders/Realtors/Borrowers, processing files in preparation of closing, serving as Closing Attorney for purchases and refinances, and preparing packages for post-closing.
